When LulaBand helps

It isn't only for when a child gets lost.

LulaBand is a way of helping important information stay with a child — for the moments when they, or the person who normally speaks for them, cannot explain it.

Separation & getting lost

Busy airports, beaches, theme parks, festivals, shopping centres, events and holidays — the places where a moment of distraction is all it takes.

In the US, NCMEC assisted law enforcement with 29,568 missing-child cases in 2024.* Across Europe, an estimated 250,000 children are reported missing each year* — a figure Missing Children Europe notes is incomplete, and which is measured differently from the US data.

Communication needs

Some children communicate differently, or may find it particularly difficult to communicate with an unfamiliar adult in a stressful situation. Having key information available does not replace that child's voice — it supports whoever is helping them.

UNICEF estimates nearly 240 million children globally live with disabilities.* In the US, CDC estimates approximately 1 in 6 children aged 3–17 has one or more developmental disabilities.* Living with a disability does not mean a child cannot communicate.

Nursery, school, grandparents & other carers

LulaBand isn't only relevant when a child is with their parent. It offers another way to access selected information when children are with grandparents, carers, at nursery or school, or away on trips.

Separated in a busy place

Airports, theme parks, beaches, festivals, shopping centres or other crowded places where a child can become separated in seconds. A simple tap or scan gives someone a direct way to access the information you’ve chosen to share and contact you.

A medical emergency

If someone helping your child needs access to important allergy, medical or emergency contact information, it can be available immediately from the wristband.

Too young to explain

Babies and young children may not be able to say their name, who they are with or how to contact their parent. LulaBand can help provide that information for them.

Communicates differently

In an unfamiliar or stressful situation, communication can become more difficult. Important information and contact details can still remain accessible.

Travelling abroad
